We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability, prices, delivery estimates, and other information helpful and current. Small differences in appearance, packaging, accessories, or availability may occur. An online inquiry is not an accepted order or a promise of availability until we confirm the details with you.
Product documentation and the terms supplied with your particular unit form part of the information you should follow. If details in a confirmed order conflict with a general website description, the confirmed order details will guide that order.
Orders and payment
When you send an inquiry or order request, provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may contact you to confirm the unit, price, payment arrangement, delivery location, and timing. An order becomes binding when we accept and confirm it, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
Payment, delivery charges, taxes, and any other order costs will be communicated through the relevant quote, checkout, invoice, or order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where information is materially incorrect, stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment. If you have paid and we cancel an order, we will coordinate the applicable remedy with you.
Your responsibility for safe use
Ecoforge power stations are physical electrical goods. Before use, read the manual and safety information supplied with your unit. Use compatible cables, chargers, solar inputs, and loads, and keep the unit in a dry, stable, and well-ventilated place away from excessive heat, water, children, and materials that can catch fire.
- Do not open, modify, puncture, drop, or attempt an unauthorized repair of the unit or its battery.
- Stop using the unit and contact us if it becomes unusually hot, swollen, damaged, wet, or emits an unusual smell or sound.
- Do not connect equipment beyond the limits or intended use described in the documentation.
- Keep receipts, order confirmations, and serial information available for support and warranty assessment.
UPS and backup expectations
Where a particular Ecoforge model or order documentation identifies UPS functionality, use it only as described there. UPS behavior depends on the connected equipment, load, settings, battery state, and local electrical conditions. It is not a promise of uninterrupted power for every appliance and must not be used as the sole protection for medical, life-support, emergency-response, or other safety-critical equipment.
Website use and ownership
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or use information from the site to mislead others. The Ecoforge name, logos, copy, images, and other site content belong to Likha Eco-Traders, Inc. or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to rights and protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
