This policy applies to physical Ecoforge goods supplied directly by Likha Eco-Traders, Inc. If your order was placed through a marketplace or another authorized seller, start with that seller's return process as well as any rights you may have under Philippine law.
Before sending anything back
Do not return a battery or power station without instructions from our team. If a unit is swollen, leaking, smoking, unusually hot, wet, or otherwise unsafe, stop using it and keep people away from it. Do not puncture, open, or place a damaged battery in ordinary waste or an unapproved shipment. Contact us first so we can advise on a safe next step.
How to request help
- Contact us through the inquiry page as soon as you notice the issue, using the subject or message to say whether it is a return, delivery damage, refund, replacement, or warranty concern.
- Include your name, order or invoice reference, delivery date if known, a description of what happened, and your preferred contact details.
- Where it is safe to do so, include clear photos or a short video of the product, packaging, labels, and issue. Do not keep testing a unit that appears unsafe.
- Wait for our instructions before shipping. We will confirm whether the item should be returned, inspected remotely, or handled another way.
Assessment and possible resolutions
After reviewing the concern and, where needed, inspecting the product, we may offer the remedy appropriate to the situation and applicable law. This may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. A replacement is subject to available stock, and a refund is processed after the return or assessment is approved and the required payment details are confirmed.
For a verified delivery issue or product defect, we will discuss the reasonable return or delivery arrangements with you. For a change-of-mind request, opened or used electronic goods, missing accessories, or other non-defect return, eligibility may depend on the order terms, product condition, and applicable law. We will explain any limitation before proceeding.
Battery cycle degradation warranty claims
LiFePO4 batteries naturally lose some capacity over time and use. A claim relating to battery cycle degradation is assessed against the warranty terms supplied with the particular Ecoforge unit, including any stated coverage period, usage conditions, cycle limits, or capacity criteria. We do not promise one universal cycle count or degradation threshold for every model.
To help us assess a claim, keep the order record and product identification available. Tell us how the unit has been charged, stored, and used, and provide any requested readings, photos, or test information. Normal aging, storage outside the documented conditions, unsuitable charging equipment, unauthorized modification, accident, liquid exposure, and use outside the manual may affect warranty coverage.
Items and conditions
- Return the unit with its included accessories, manuals, and packaging when we ask for them and when they are available.
- Products must not be altered, opened, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or placement, incompatible loads, water, impact, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow the manual may not qualify as a defect.
- Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot be waived under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines where applicable.
